FAQs

Questions, answered

Everything else you might want to know is on our FAQ page.

How long is the process going to take?

You can arrange a collection time that fits your schedule once you have been contacted with a quote, so turnaround is normally as long or as short as you make it. We aim to do same-day collections where possible.

What do I need to pay for?

Nothing whatsoever. There are no fees for collection, no admin fees, no hidden fees and no fees for cancellation.

Can you collect non-runners?

Yes. Non-runners, MOT failures, write-offs, old, broken, rusty or SORN vehicles: whatever the condition, we want your car.

Do I need to provide keys for my car?

Keys are not always essential. Please discuss it with the salvage buyer when they call you to arrange collection.

My car is not at my home address.

That’s fine. Our collectors pick up vehicles from a wide range of places. When you enter your vehicle’s details, use the postcode where the car is, so we contact the buyer who works in that location.
